Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Duties:

• Oversee general ledger and accounting functions ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
• Maintaining accurate financial statements
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and parent company.
• Maintain adequate accounting systems
• Oversee AR, AP team
• Manage completion of annual audits
• Assist with preparation of annual operating budget
• Manage inventory controls and build processes to improve cash flow.

Requirements:

• Education: 5 years of experience with public accounting and college degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, customer service, or accounting based businesses preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of excel, power BI, and Microsoft products required
• Solid process improvement skills and proven change agent.
